A perfectly seamless experience. I booked a transfer for 5 of us from O’Hare to downtown. While our flight was late, the system automatically adjusted the pickup time. The driver, Nanu, texted me to let me know he had arrived and to text when we were off the plane. I texted when we were off and he met us at the curb in an exceptionally clean vehicle and drove us into town. I wouldn’t hesitate to use the same service again.
