Cancellations & Changes
Ariston Coach Inc understands that cancellations are sometimes necessary and unavoidable. Unless otherwise agreed to or provided in writing, the following applies:
If the Client chooses to cancel or change the service, the following fees will apply:
All cancellations or changes made on the same day of service or less than 12 hours will be considered a late cancellation and charged with 100% of the reservation value (Sedan and SUV).
72 hours advance Cancellation notice is required for all 14 Pass Van, Hourly Charters and Long Distance Trips.
100% non-refundable for cancellations within same day of the scheduled service.
Time changes made with less than the required notice above will still result in additional and possibly full charges. Example: At 1:30pm a requested change in pick up time from 2:00pm to 4:00pm will result in full charge for the 2:00pm trip and a new charge for the 4:00pm trip.
Drivers (Chauffeurs) are assigned 24 hours (1 Day) prior to the scheduled reservation to ensure we can accommodate all clients efficiently and effectively, therefore we have a cancellation policy rule to cover any missed or lost income due to the drivers (Chauffeurs) schedule change.
